Regardless of whether you are a 'newbie' or seasoned watersports participant, we will train you or enhance your skills.  
Motivation, instruction, emergency drills, water safety,  recovery drills are our bywords.... many of these new skills will be tranferable to other jobs and life skills.

We need the very best people to deliver our events. Over the last 20 years Dragon Boat Events has built up a reputation for excellence in event management.  We are looking for hard working, committed individuals and personalities who can communicate with participants whilst  making them feel safe and at ease.  

We ensure that our crews not only have the necessary training and experience, but we also make sure we have fun during a hectic day on the water.
